Order cancellation policy
Ⅰ. Conditions for Order Cancellation
You may request to cancel your order under the following circumstances:

Within 72 hours of payment, provided the order has not been shipped yet.

Once the order enters the logistics process, it is considered shipped, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.

Cancellation is only possible if the order has not been processed or shipped.
Ⅱ. Non-Cancellable Conditions
Orders generally cannot be cancelled under the following circumstances:

Once the order has been shipped or handed over to the courier.

If delivery fails due to incorrect shipping information or other critical details provided by the customer.
If the order has already been shipped, you can still apply for after-sales support based on our Return, refund, and exchange policy after receiving the product.

The time for funds to be credited may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
