We use a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping policy, meaning all fees are included in the price, and no additional payment is required upon receipt.

Once the order is shipped, cancellations are typically not possible. After receiving the product, you may apply for a return.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days and may take 10 – 15 business days to be credited.
