The platform operates on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, meaning all applicable taxes and fees are calculated and included in the price at the time of purchase.
The final amount due is the total displayed on the checkout page, and no additional payment is required upon receipt.

All orders are shipped under the DDP model, meaning duties and taxes are settled before arriving in Australia, and customers are not required to clear customs or pay additional fees.
Shipping is handled by DHL, FedEx, and UPS, all of which provide tracking services.
If there are any issues with the address, delivery failure, or customs inspections, customer service will assist in resolving the issue.
Ⅴ. Shipping, Fees, and Timelines

- Orders made on weekends or public holidays will automatically be processed on the following business day.
Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery is expected within 6-13 business days, with longer delivery times for remote areas.

- Orders below 157.22 AUD: A flat shipping fee of 7.88 AUD
Any additional costs incurred due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer will be borne by the customer.
